We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Recruiter to join our team and support end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across various industries in Canada. This work-from-home position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for talent, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities



  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)

  • Write and post engaging job descriptions tailored to client needs

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Maintain accurate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics

  • Provide regular updates and reporting on recruitment metrics




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficient in using recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn

  • Ability to assess resumes and screen for both technical and soft skills

  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information

  • High-speed internet and a quiet home workspace




Experience



  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition (preferred)

  • Freshers with strong communication and research skills may also apply

  • Experience recruiting for Canadian or North American clients is a plus




Working Hours



  • Fully remote with flexible working hours

  • Monday to Friday (part-time and full-time options available)

  • Occasional availability for evening interviews depending on candidate time zones




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Familiarity with Canadian employment standards and hiring best practices

  • Experience using ATS platforms (such as Workable, Greenhouse, BreezyHR, etc.)

  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients quickly

  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
