Key Responsibilities:



  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms (LinkedIn, industry forums, company websites, etc.).

  • Generate high-quality leads and maintain a detailed database of prospects.

  • Reach out to potential leads through cold emailing, messaging, and social media engagement.

  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and hand over to the sales team.

  • Develop and execute creative outreach strategies to attract new prospects.

  • Track, measure, and report on lead generation campaigns and success metrics.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation processes.

  • Maintain strong industry knowledge and stay updated with lead generation best practices.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead generation software.

  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with cold emailing, online prospecting, and outreach strategies.




Experience:



  • 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar sales support role.

  • Freshers with strong research and communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Previous freelance or remote work experience is a plus.




Working Hours:
