Job Summary:


Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for passionate and results-driven Lead Generation Freelancers to join our remote team. This is a commission-based role ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and looking for high-earning potential through performance. As a Lead Generation Freelancer, you will play a critical role in identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and contributing to the company’s business development pipeline.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media.

  • Engage with prospects via emails, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and other communication channels.

  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.

  • Maintain and update the lead database in CRM tools accurately and in real-time.

  • Collaborate with the business development team to refine lead generation strategies.

  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets to unlock higher commission rates.

  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and performance.

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to optimize lead strategies.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent online research capabilities.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software, LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and spreadsheets.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.

  • Fluent in English.




Experience:



  • 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales support, or a similar role.

  • Freshers with a keen interest in sales and marketing are highly encouraged to apply.




Working Hours:



  • Flexible hours – work on your own schedule.

  • Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is recommended for best results.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Knowledge of online prospecting techniques and lead databases.

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Self-driven attitude with a hunger for success and financial growth.

  • Familiarity with different lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, etc., is a plus.
