Key Responsibilities

  • Create and curate engaging content for different digital channels.

  • Manage social media accounts and schedule regular posts.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences.

  • Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks.

  • Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to improve user experience and optimize conversion rates.

  • Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • A genuine interest in Digital Marketing.

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and strategies.



Experience



  • No prior professional experience required.

  • Freshers and career switchers are encouraged to apply.

  • Any certifications or personal projects related to Digital Marketing are a plus (but not mandatory).



Working Hours



  • Flexible working hours.

  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20-30 hours per week.

  • Occasional virtual team meetings and training sessions (scheduled with prior notice).
