Job Summary:


IT Sight Technologies is seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing remote workforce as Online Copy Typists. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately converting various types of written or scanned documents into digital format. This position is ideal for those looking for flexible, work-from-home opportunities with immediate start options.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Accurately type and format documents from handwritten, scanned, or PDF sources into Word, Excel, or Google Docs.

  • Maintain high typing accuracy while meeting deadlines.

  • Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.

  • Organize, save, and share completed documents as per project guidelines.

  • Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.

  • Communicate promptly with the project coordinator regarding updates or issues.

  • Ensure adherence to internal formatting standards and client specifications.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Strong typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute with high accuracy).

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.

  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency.

  • Good command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and meet strict deadlines.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.



Experience:



  • No prior experience required; freshers are welcome.

  • Prior experience in data entry, copy typing, transcription, or similar work is a plus.



Working Hours:



  • Flexible scheduling: work part-time or full-time as per your availability.

  • Deadlines provided in advance; work at your own pace within the given timeframe.
