Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an advantage.

  • Proficient typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.



Experience



  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with strong typing and data management skills are encouraged to apply.



Working Hours



  • Flexible work hours — you can choose between part-time (4–5 hours/day) or full-time (7–8 hours/day).

  • Must be able to meet agreed project deadlines.
