Job Summary:


IT Sight Technologies is looking for skilled freelancers for typing and editing roles in a dynamic, fully remote work environment. As a Typing and Editing Freelancer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and clarity of text-based materials. This role requires attention to detail, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual setting. Ideal candidates are proactive, have exceptional typing speed and editing skills, and are adept at using various editing tools and software.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Typing and proofreading documents to ensure they are error-free, formatted correctly, and adhere to company standards.

  • Editing content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style consistency.

  • Assisting with creating and formatting documents and presentations.

  • Reviewing documents to ensure they are complete, accurate, and meet the required specifications.

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

  • Collaborating with clients and team members to ensure quality and efficiency of deliverables.

  • Performing research to support the creation of content when needed.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Proficiency in typing with a high level of accuracy and speed (minimum 50 WPM).

  • Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

  • Proficient in using word processing software (Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc.) and editing tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for spotting errors.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

  • A reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely without interruptions.



Experience:



  • Previous experience in typing, transcription, or editing roles is preferred.

  • Experience with content creation or document management is a plus.

  • Freelance or remote work experience is a bonus but not mandatory.



Working Hours:
