As the Digital Health Strategy Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategies related to digital health platforms, telemedicine services, virtual care, and other innovative digital solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of digital health strategies that align with Cigna mission and business objectives. Focus on enhancing member experiences, improving healthcare delivery, and increasing operational efficiency through digital solutions.
• Digital Health Innovation: Identify emerging digital health trends and technologies (e.g., telehealth, remote monitoring, mobile health apps) and evaluate their potential impact on Cigna offerings and overall healthcare delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including IT, clinical operations, marketing, and data analytics to design and implement digital health solutions that improve the quality and accessibility of care.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, technology providers, and strategic partners to integrate digital solutions into Cigna healthcare offerings, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
• Project Leadership: Oversee the execution of digital health projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Provide leadership, direction, and support to cross-functional project teams.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data analytics to track the effectiveness of digital health strategies, identifying areas for improvement and providing insights to senior leadership. Use data to drive continuous improvement in digital health initiatives.
• Member Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance member engagement with digital health tools, ensuring that members are aware of and effectively using Cigna digital health resources.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all digital health initiatives comply with relevant healthcare regulations and data security standards, including HIPAA, while mitigating any risks associated with the implementation of digital technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, digital health, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and digital health solutions.
• Proven experience in managing digital health projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of emerging technologies such as telemedicine, virtual care, remote patient monitoring, and mobile health applications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and project management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively to drive innovation in digital health.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health).
• Experience working with digital health platforms or telemedicine services in a health insurance environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to digital health, including HIPAA and telemedicine laws.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
