In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Amazon customers, delivering world-class service and resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally. You will interact with customers across various platforms including voice, chat, and email. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, policies, and procedures
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and offering appropriate solutions
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams for further investigation
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver a personalized experience with every interaction
- Adapt quickly to changes in Amazon systems, procedures, and customer needs

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 35 WPM
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Customer-oriented and able to handle stress gracefully under pressure
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and customer service tools
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
π Experience
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome)
- Experience in a remote or call center environment is an advantage

- Flexible work shifts available (24/7 rotational shifts including weekends and holidays)
- Full-time and part-time roles available depending on location and team requirement
- Candidates must be willing to work in shifts as per business requirements
