Key Responsibilities



  • Test AI Chatbots: Interact with AI chatbots to ensure they respond appropriately and accurately to different inputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Basic Understanding of AI: A basic understanding of artificial intelligence, particularly chatbot functionalities.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to identify subtle issues and inconsistencies in chatbot responses.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to pinpoint areas for improvement.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication skills to report findings and suggestions.
