Key Responsibilities:

• Curate, create, and schedule Instagram Stories that align with the brand's voice, aesthetics, and objectives.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and promotions.


• Stay updated on trending topics, themes, and content strategies on Instagram to boost engagement and relevance.


• Use creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, Instagram's native features) to design visually appealing and innovative stories.


• Monitor engagement analytics and make adjustments to content strategy for improved results.


• Respond to feedback and interact with the audience, creating a positive brand image and strong online community.


• Create and execute Instagram Story campaigns in line with seasonal trends, product launches, or special promotions.


• Track performance metrics of Instagram Stories (views, interactions, shares) and report on KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts or creating social media content.


• In-depth knowledge of Instagram’s features, including Stories, Highlights, and other interactive features (polls, quizzes, etc.).


• Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for design.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• High proficiency in smartphone apps and tools for content creation (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, Instagram's native tools).


• Ability to adapt to fast-paced changes in trends and social media environments.


• Creative thinker with an ability to craft content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Experience:

• Previous experience in managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram, is preferred.


• Experience in curating content specifically for Instagram Stories is a plus.


• Experience with digital marketing, content creation, or social media strategy is advantageous.
