This role is perfect for motivated self-starters who are passionate about customer engagement, product promotion, and achieving sales targets—all from the comfort of their own home. You will be responsible for managing online inquiries, converting leads into successful transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through chat, email, or voice to promote and sell Flipkart products.
- Assist users in product selection by understanding their needs and offering tailored recommendations.
- Convert online inquiries into confirmed sales by building trust and value in Flipkart offerings.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through focused selling techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams for order processing, customer feedback, and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with Flipkart’s latest deals, offers, and product launches to effectively drive conversions.
- Handle post-sale support including tracking orders, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education). Graduates are preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
- Ability to persuade and influence purchasing decisions effectively.
- Basic knowledge of using computers and online platforms.
- High degree of self-motivation and goal orientation.
- A quiet and professional home working environment.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in online sales, telemarketing, customer service, or related fields.
- Freshers with a passion for e-commerce and digital communication are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Flexible work schedule.
- Part-time and full-time shifts available between 9 AM – 9 PM IST.
- Must be able to commit to at least 4–6 hours per day, 5 days a week.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Good understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple online inquiries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or online chat software is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Capability to work independently and in a team-driven environment.
