Job Summary


Flipkart, India's leading e-commerce marketplace, is seeking dedicated and proactive individuals to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team in a Remote Associate role. This position plays a crucial role in streamlining our operations by supporting backend logistics, inventory tracking, and fulfillment coordination to ensure a smooth customer delivery experience. Key Responsibilities



  • Monitor and manage order tracking and dispatch schedules using Flipkart’s SCM platforms.

  • Coordinate remotely with warehouses, vendors, and last-mile delivery partners.

  • Analyze logistical bottlenecks and escalate issues when necessary to avoid delays.

  • Maintain real-time inventory data and ensure accurate reporting.

  • Generate daily reports on delivery performance, stock levels, and supply chain KPIs.

  • Collaborate with the quality and customer service teams to resolve logistics-related concerns.

  • Support seasonal volume spikes by adapting workflows and reporting dynamically.

  • Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or any relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or logistics software is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.



Experience



  • 0 to 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, e-commerce logistics, inventory coordination, or related fields.

  • Freshers with a keen interest in supply chain management are also encouraged to apply.



Working Hours



  • 6 Days a Week (Flexible Remote Schedule)

  • Shift Options: Morning or Evening Shift based on team assignment

  • Approx. 8 hours/day (with scheduled breaks)

  • Availability during Indian Standard Time (IST)



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Understanding of e-commerce logistics workflows.

  • Data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative attitude.

  • Familiarity with online dashboards and supply chain tracking tools.
