Job Summary


Flipkart, India’s leading e-commerce marketplace, is looking for diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our Online Order Processing and Tracking team. This role involves handling the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring timely processing, updating shipment statuses, resolving order-related issues, and maintaining a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities



  • Accurately process online orders received through the Flipkart platform.

  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

  • Coordinate with warehouse teams and logistics partners to resolve delays.

  • Update customers with order status and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Maintain records of processed orders and tracking logs in internal systems.

  • Handle cancellations, returns, and refunds as per company policy.

  • Collaborate with the customer support and inventory management teams.

  • Generate daily performance reports and maintain process compliance.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel, email, and data entry.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or order management tools is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Good written communication skills in English; regional language knowledge is a bonus.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.



Experience



  • 0 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, data entry, or administrative operations.

  • Freshers with strong computer literacy are welcome to apply.



Working Hours



  • Flexible shift timings available.

  • Part-time and full-time options.

  • 6–8 working hours per day based on availability and team needs.

  • Weekend availability may be required during peak sale periods.
