As a Chat Process Executive, you will be responsible for assisting Amazon customers via live chat, resolving queries, addressing concerns, and providing timely, accurate information — all while ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via chat in a fast-paced virtual environment.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and account status.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, empathetic, and prompt communication.
- Adhere to defined quality standards and performance metrics.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments and follow up as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
- Multitask across multiple chat windows and systems efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 30-40 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Customer-centric mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer service etiquette.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in using computers, web applications, and online tools.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in a chat support, BPO, or customer service role is an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible shift timings (Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays).
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Candidates must be open to working night shifts (as required based on customer location).

- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
