Job Summary


Amazon is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic Customer Service team as Chat Process Executives. This is a work-from-home opportunity, designed for candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional service through digital communication channels. As a Chat Process Executive, you will be responsible for assisting Amazon customers via live chat, resolving queries, addressing concerns, and providing timely, accurate information — all while ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.




Key Responsibilities



  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via chat in a fast-paced virtual environment.

  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and account status.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, empathetic, and prompt communication.

  • Adhere to defined quality standards and performance metrics.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments and follow up as necessary.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Multitask across multiple chat windows and systems efficiently.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent written English communication skills.

  • Strong typing speed (minimum 30-40 WPM) with high accuracy.

  • Customer-centric mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer service etiquette.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficient in using computers, web applications, and online tools.




Experience



  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in a chat support, BPO, or customer service role is an added advantage.




Working Hours



  • Flexible shift timings (Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays).

  • Full-time and part-time positions available.

  • Candidates must be open to working night shifts (as required based on customer location).

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.

  • Capacity to learn new tools and systems quickly.
