Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote support team as Customer Support Executives for the night shift. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping customers, possess excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a fully remote environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.




Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer queries via email, chat, or phone.

  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.

  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant departments.

  • Meet or exceed KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve support processes.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-centric approach.

  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with accuracy.

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM platforms, email, etc.).

  • Ability to remain calm and focused during high-pressure situations.

  • Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection.




Experience



  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior work-from-home experience is a plus but not mandatory.




Working Hours



  • Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST

  • Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends off)

  • Must be available to work during US/UK time zones.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Knowledge of CRM tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to follow procedures and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
