Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours:
- Night Shift (hours will vary, typically between 8 PM to 5 AM).
- Must be available to work on weekends and holidays as required.
