Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) education.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional language skills are a plus).
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Internet browsing, email handling).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or e-commerce will be an added advantage.
Working Hours:
- Flexible shifts (Day/Night).
- Weekends and public holiday availability may be required.
- Full-time and part-time slots available based on your availability.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Fast learner with a keen eye for detail.
- Good typing speed (minimum 30-35 WPM preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and remote communication platforms is a plus.
