  • Provide prompt and effective resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Maintain performance metrics including customer satisfaction, response time, and service accuracy.

  • Stay updated with Amazon policies, processes, and tools to assist customers efficiently.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) education.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional language skills are a plus).

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Internet browsing, email handling).

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.




Experience:



  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or e-commerce will be an added advantage.




Working Hours:



  • Flexible shifts (Day/Night).

  • Weekends and public holiday availability may be required.

  • Full-time and part-time slots available based on your availability.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive attitude.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • Fast learner with a keen eye for detail.

  • Good typing speed (minimum 30-35 WPM preferred).

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and remote communication platforms is a plus.
