โœ… Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and organize virtual files and records using cloud-based platforms.

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and send timely reminders to team members.

  • Answer and redirect emails and other communication to the appropriate departments.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and basic documentation as needed.

  • Assist with online research, data entry, and spreadsheet maintenance.

  • Coordinate team updates, weekly newsletters, and internal communication channels.

  • Support onboarding and training of new remote staff members.

  • Provide administrative support to executives and managers remotely.




๐ŸŽ“ Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

  • High-speed internet and a dedicated work-from-home setup.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or virtual assistant experience preferred.

  • Flexible working hours with core availability between 10:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM (your local time).

  • Option to choose part-time or full-time schedule based on availability.
