Key Responsibilities



  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, or support issues with patience and empathy.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.

  • Record details of customer interactions and take follow-up actions where necessary.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of company products, promotions, and processes.

  • Meet performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation.

  • Adhere to communication scripts and standard operating procedures.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • A high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.

  • Comfortable working with various CRM systems and call center software.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.




Experience



  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or call center operations is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.




Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available: Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend shifts.

  • Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with the option to increase hours based on performance and availability.
