Key Responsibilities



  • Data Analysis & Modeling: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

  • Machine Learning: Build, deploy, and fine-tune machine learning models for prediction, classification, and clustering.

  • Data Visualization: Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to present data insights to key stakeholders.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define data-driven solutions.

  • Optimization & Automation: Develop algorithms and processes to optimize business operations and workflows.

  • Research & Development: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the field of data science.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.

  • Technical Skills:



    • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.

    • Strong experience with data manipulation and cleaning using tools like Pandas, NumPy, etc.

    • Expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

    • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.

    • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.



  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

  • Data Visualization: Proficient in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.

  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and approach challenges strategically.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.



Experience



  • 2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models.

  • Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, statistical analysis, and model evaluation.

  • Previous work with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus.

  • Experience in a remote work environment is highly desirable.
