Key Responsibilities:



  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze large datasets, ensuring models are built with high-quality data.

  • Build AI-driven solutions that automate business processes, improve decision-making, and optimize operations.

  • Continuously improve the performance of existing machine learning models through research, optimization, and fine-tuning.

  • Conduct data analysis and feature engineering to improve model accuracy.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and advancements in the AI and machine learning space.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members on best practices in AI development.

  • Document processes, algorithms, and models to ensure knowledge sharing across the team.

  • Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience with AI and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, etc.).

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.

  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and neural networks.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying machine learning models to production environments.

  • Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.



Experience:



  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience working in AI and machine learning roles.

  • Experience with developing AI-driven applications and deploying them at scale.

  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, remote work environment.



Working Hours:



  • This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours.

  • Occasional overlap with core business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) may be required for team collaboration.
