In this role, you will serve as a critical link between business needs and technological solutions. You’ll help shape decision-making processes by gathering data, analyzing trends, and delivering actionable insights that improve operations and support strategic planning. Key Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and project goals

  • Collect and interpret data, identify patterns, and deliver clear analysis reports

  • Assist in developing detailed business cases, workflows, and process maps

  • Prepare documentation including requirement specifications, user stories, and status reports

  • Support in performing user acceptance testing and validating solution outcomes

  • Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategies

  • Participate in virtual meetings, brainstorming sessions, and feedback reviews



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely

  • Basic understanding of business analysis tools and methodologies is a plus



Experience



  • No prior work experience required

  • Internship or academic projects in data analysis, business studies, or IT will be considered a bonus



Working Hours



  • Monday to Friday

  • Flexible working hours with availability required between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Your Local Time Zone)

  • Occasional virtual meetings depending on project needs



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Knowledge of business operations and project lifecycle

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts is a plus

  • Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights

  • Time management and self-motivation to meet deadlines in a remote setting

  • Collaborative attitude with a desire to contribute and grow
