π Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chat queries from Amazon customers.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, payments, and product information.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
- Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, resolution time, and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+2 (Higher Secondary Certificate) or any graduate degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in regional languages is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working in online tools or CRM platforms.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace (for WFH applicants).

- Previous experience in a customer support or BPO environment is an added advantage.
