  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chat queries from Amazon customers.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

  • 10+2 (Higher Secondary Certificate) or any graduate degree.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in regional languages is a plus).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Basic computer literacy and comfort working in online tools or CRM platforms.

  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace (for WFH applicants).
