Key Responsibilities



  • Watch assigned Netflix titles (movies, series, documentaries, etc.) with complete focus and accuracy.

  • Apply appropriate tags, genres, mood descriptors, and metadata to each title.

  • Evaluate and identify key themes, characters, plot points, and viewer sensitivities.

  • Collaborate with the editorial and tagging team to maintain consistency across content libraries.

  • Submit content evaluations and tagging reports within stipulated deadlines.

  • Stay updated with Netflix’s content guidelines and categorization rules.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong written communication skills in English.

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.

  • Familiarity with various genres, storytelling formats, and global media trends.

  • Ability to interpret content nuances, tone, and viewer relevance.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • High-speed internet connection and a personal laptop/PC.



Experience



  • No prior tagging experience required.

  • Prior experience in content reviewing, journalism, film studies, copywriting, or editorial roles is a plus.
