Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and flag sensitive or age-restricted content as per company guidelines

  • Summarize key themes, plot points, and audience suitability for internal indexing

  • Collaborate with Netflix’s editorial and content recommendation teams to refine tagging systems

  • Ensure high accuracy and consistency in tagging, following Netflix’s taxonomy rules

  • Provide timely feedback and report technical or content-related issues



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong interest in film, television, and streaming media

  • Excellent English reading and writing skills

  • Ability to differentiate between subtle genre elements and tone

  • Basic knowledge of video streaming platforms and metadata systems

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

  • Reliable internet connection and access to a viewing device (laptop, tablet, or TV)

  • High attention to detail and organizational ability



Experience



  • No prior experience required, but previous roles in content reviewing, tagging, blogging, or media analysis are a plus

  • Experience in journalism, film critique, or digital content creation will be considered advantageous



Working Hours



  • Flexible: You choose your viewing and tagging schedule

  • Minimum commitment of 10-15 hours per week recommended
