Key Responsibilities



  • Watch and review a wide range of Netflix content including original series, movies, and documentaries.

  • Use proprietary tagging tools to input metadata into the Netflix content management system.

  • Collaborate with Netflix’s Editorial and Content teams to ensure tagging aligns with audience needs and global standards.

  • Participate in quality assurance reviews and implement feedback to maintain high accuracy and consistency.

  • Stay up to date with evolving content trends, genres, and tagging practices.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong understanding of TV and film genres, trends, and cultural nuances.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle themes, tone, and language nuances.

  • High proficiency in English with strong reading and writing skills.

  • Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines in a remote setup.

  • Familiarity with Netflix’s platform and content is a plus.

  • Ability to remain impartial and analytical when reviewing content.



Experience



  • Prior experience in content reviewing, copywriting, journalism, media analysis, or digital content management is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with a strong passion for film/TV and sharp analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
