Key Responsibilities



  • Watch and analyze Netflix content (TV series, movies, documentaries, etc.).

  • Tag content with appropriate metadata including genre, mood, content themes, and characters.

  • Provide brief, accurate content descriptions and summarize key story elements.

  • Identify and flag any potentially sensitive content or viewer advisories.

  • Work closely with the editorial and recommendation teams to maintain high tagging standards.

  • Deliver consistent and timely outputs based on tagging guidelines and deadlines.

  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding unreleased or restricted content.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).

  • Passion for film, TV, and entertainment media.

  • Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.

  • Ability to categorize and analyze content accurately.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online platforms.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.



Experience



  • No prior experience is required, but previous roles in content writing, editing, media studies, journalism, or entertainment are a plus.

  • Freshers and college students with a strong interest in entertainment are encouraged to apply.



Working Hours



  • Flexible schedule – work from anywhere, anytime.

  • Minimum commitment: 10–20 hours per week.

  • Weekend and evening availability is a bonus but not mandatory.
