Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as E-commerce Customer Support Executives. This is a part-time, remote position ideal for students, freshers, stay-at-home parents, or anyone looking to earn extra income while working from home. You will be the first point of contact for our online customers, assisting them with order inquiries, returns, product information, and general support via chat, email, and phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via chat, email, and phone.
- Handle inquiries related to product details, shipping status, order tracking, and returns.
- Provide solutions to customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior support when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records in our systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, product, marketing) to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Monitor order issues and proactively reach out to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to use CRM or chat tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced online environment.
- A calm and empathetic approach to customer service.
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
Experience
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
- Freshers, students, and homemakers are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or e-commerce environment will be an advantage.
Working Hours
- Part-time: 3 to 5 hours/day.
- Flexible shifts available between 9 AM to 9 PM IST, including weekends.
- Select your own hours based on your convenience and availability.

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online chat tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
