Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service Team for the Banking and Finance sector. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our banking clients, delivering top-notch service, resolving inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Whether you're looking for a morning or evening shift, we have flexible schedules to match your availability.




Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist clients with banking-related issues such as account details, transactions, and general inquiries

  • Provide accurate information regarding financial products and services

  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments

  • Maintain updated knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

  • Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

  • Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance with banking and data protection regulations




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills

  • Basic understanding of banking and financial concepts

  • Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism

  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision




Experience



  • 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply




Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available:



    • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

    • Evening Shift: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM



  • Rotational weekends or fixed off (as per project requirement)




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Knowledge of basic banking functions and financial terminology

  • Ability to handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality and care

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Time management and prioritization skills

  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
