- Basic understanding of IT/software-related terms (e.g., installations, updates, logins, browsers).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using chat tools, email, and basic CRM or ticketing systems.
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
Experience
- No prior experience required; freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in IT helpdesk, technical support, or customer service will have an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and confidence in troubleshooting common software issues are essential.
Working Hours
- Flexible work hours: Choose between full-time (8 hours/day) or part-time (4 hours/day).
- Shifts available across different time zones (including night shifts for global customer coverage).
- Weekend availability may be required on a rotational basis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS) and popular software applications.
- Ability to explain technical details to non-technical users clearly.
