Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate product features, usability, packaging, and performance.

  • Submit structured feedback via online surveys or feedback forms.

  • Participate in occasional virtual feedback sessions or short interviews.

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding unreleased products and features.

  • Provide clear, unbiased, and honest reviews based on personal usage.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Proficient in basic English reading and writing.

  • Basic understanding of online forms and email communication.

  • Access to a laptop, desktop, or smartphone with a stable internet connection.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks on time.

  • Reliable and self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.



Experience



  • No prior experience required.

  • Training and onboarding will be provided.

  • Experience with online shopping or product reviewing is a plus but not mandatory.



Working Hours
