Job Summary:
OneTech Associates is offering an exciting opportunity for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales (Business Development) Interns for a paid summer internship. This is a full-time position designed for students or early professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management. As an intern, you will work closely with our Sales and Business Development teams to help drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and support ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to expand the company's client base.
- Research and identify potential leads, market trends, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on market analysis, customer behavior, and sales performance.
- Support senior sales team members in client outreach, relationship management, and presentations.
- Participate in the creation of sales materials, including proposals, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Organize and schedule meetings with prospective clients and partners.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to sales operations and CRM management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High level of motivation, initiative, and enthusiasm for learning.
- Organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Experience:
- Previous internship experience in sales, business development, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Experience working with CRM tools or sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a bonus.
- Exposure to customer relationship management and lead generation techniques is advantageous.
Working Hours:
- Full-time internship (40 hours per week).
- Flexible working hours with the option for remote work.
- Internship duration: 10–12 weeks during the summer.
