Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.

  • Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring products are easily accessible to customers.

  • Assist in the daily operations of the store, including cash handling, maintaining store cleanliness, and performing regular inventory counts.

  • Support store management in maintaining a positive and productive work environment, helping to motivate and train staff as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations.

  • Help drive sales and promote Dollar Tree’s promotions and special offers to enhance customer experience.

  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the efficient operation of the store.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

  • Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing transactions.

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Positive attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service.



Experience:



  • Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment or in retail sales will be advantageous.



Working Hours:



  • Full-time and part-time positions available.

  • Shift flexibility is required, including the possibility of evenings, weekends, and public holidays.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

  • Strong team player who can also work independently when required.

  • Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
