Job Summary:


Dollar Tree is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team. This position is ideal for both entry-level candidates and those with prior experience in retail. As part of the Dollar Tree team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining store organization and supporting day-to-day operations.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.

  • Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure store displays are neat and visually appealing.

  • Operate cash registers, handle cash and other transactions accurately.

  • Assist with inventory control, including restocking shelves and checking inventory levels.

  • Support in unloading shipments and organizing the stockroom.

  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the store, including aisles, back rooms, and restrooms.

  • Follow all safety and security policies and procedures.

  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and store goals.

  • Assist with store promotions and ensure product availability.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic math skills for cash register and transactions.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.



Experience:



  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
