Key Responsibilities



  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints.

  • Ensure merchandise is stocked and displays are organized and well-maintained.

  • Operate registers and assist with transactions in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment by adhering to safety standards and protocols.

  • Work as part of a team to meet store goals and targets, including sales and inventory management.

  • Assist with unloading deliveries and restocking shelves according to planograms.

  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

  • Perform opening and closing duties as required by position.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.



Experience



  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

  • Experience in leadership roles or supervisory positions is a plus for management opportunities.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and procedures.



Working Hours
