Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly, helpful attitude and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Assist customers in locating items throughout the store and answer any questions regarding products, promotions, or store policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and empathy, aiming to resolve concerns promptly.
- Process transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring shelves are stocked and aisles are clear for customers.
- Support store management with various tasks as needed, including product displays and restocking shelves.
- Promote current sales and discounts to customers, helping them save on their purchases.
- Assist in store opening and closing procedures as required.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of customers and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly, respectful manner.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and giving correct change.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the store’s success.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Proficient with using point-of-sale (POS) systems or willingness to learn.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Training will be provided for all new hires to ensure they are comfortable with store systems and operations.
Working Hours
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Shifts typically range from 4 to 8 hours per day, with schedules being set on a weekly basis.
