Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Must be at least 16 years old.

  • Strong academic background in one or more subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, or Languages.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Basic proficiency in using computers, video conferencing tools, and online tutoring platforms.

  • Ability to explain concepts in a clear, patient, and encouraging manner.

  • Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated.

  • Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.



Experience



  • No formal prior professional tutoring experience required.

  • Experience in peer tutoring, mentoring, or leadership roles within school or community activities is advantageous.



Working Hours



  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate school hours and personal commitments.

  • Availability during afternoons, evenings, and weekends preferred.

  • Minimum commitment of 5 hours per week recommended for continuity and student progress.
