Job Description

Responsibilities:Communicate knowledge of all products to customers to support customers to choose the most suitable product and order products;Provide high-level customer service and responded to service inquires, follow up on customer interactions;Co-ordinate with other function e.g (Operation, Finance, Product,) … to solve the on-going issues;Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process as well as company products and service.


RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred1+ years of experience in retails, E-Commerce, and social media is a plus (Facebook/ Twitter / Instagram and other platforms)Able to work in a fast paced environment on both live chat and phoneExcellent problem solving skillsStrong customer satisfaction focus skillsFluent in English, bilingual is a plusHardworking & detail-orientedYoung, dynamic, creative mindset, detail-oriented, always be curious, always learning
