Job Summary:


Airlink is hiring Passenger Handling Agents to join our ground staff team at major airport terminals. In this customer-facing role, you will assist travelers with check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and general inquiries — ensuring a smooth and professional travel experience.


This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about aviation and customer service, with training provided for freshers.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist passengers at airline check-in counters, kiosks, and boarding gates

  • Verify travel documents including ID proof, tickets, and baggage tags

  • Guide passengers through check-in, security, and boarding processes

  • Resolve basic issues related to seating, luggage, and flight information

  • Provide courteous and efficient service, ensuring passenger satisfaction

  • Coordinate with other airport teams (security, baggage, ramp) for on-time operations

  • Ensure compliance with airline policies, safety procedures, and airport regulations




Eligibility Criteria:



  • Education: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); graduates preferred

  • Age Limit: 18–27 years (freshers encouraged to apply)

  • Language: Fluency in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)

  • Skills: Good communication, patience, basic computer literacy

  • Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long hours and lift light baggage

  • Appearance: Neat, presentable, and well-groomed at all times

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays




Preferred Qualifications:



  • Prior experience in customer service, airport operations, or hospitality

  • Familiarity with airline check-in systems and baggage procedures (an advantage)

  • Polite and confident handling of passenger queries and concerns
