Job Summary


Fresher Jobs Hub is hiring a creative, camera‑confident UGC (User‑Generated Content) Content Creator to produce authentic, scroll‑stopping short‑form videos, photos, and narrative posts for our US-based media client. You’ll ideate, script, shoot, edit, and deliver native-style content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms—optimizing for engagement, watch time, and conversions. Key Responsibilities



  • End-to-end content production: Research, script, film, and edit high-performing UGC assets tailored to each platform’s best practices.

  • Trend scouting: Monitor social trends, audios, formats, filters, and memes—and rapidly translate them into brand-aligned concepts.

  • Hook-first storytelling: Craft crisp hooks, on-screen text, and CTAs that maximize first 3-second retention and drive action.

  • Testing & iteration: Deliver multiple variations (hooks, captions, thumbnails) and iterate based on performance data.

  • Asset repurposing: Re-cut and reformat videos across platforms to extend shelf life and reach.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the client’s growth, paid media, and brand teams to align messaging and optimize for performance KPIs.

  • Compliance & brand safety: Follow brand guidelines, disclosure rules (#ad, #sponsored), and platform policies.

  • Reporting: Provide light performance insights (views, ER, CTR, CPA where applicable) and recommendations for next steps.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proven portfolio of UGC ads or organic UGC (please include links or a reel).

  • Strong on-camera presence and/or ability to direct talent to achieve natural, authentic delivery.

  • Proficiency with mobile-first editing tools (CapCut, VN, InShot) and/or professional tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts formats, algorithms, and audience behavior.

  • Ability to write concise scripts, hooks, and CTAs that convert.

  • Comfortable working with briefs, deadlines, feedback cycles, and performance goals.

  • Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS) is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.




Experience



  • 1–3 years creating short-form video content (UGC, influencer, creator, or social video producer). Exceptional freshers with a standout portfolio are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience producing direct-response UGC ads is highly preferred.

  • Prior work with US-based brands or agencies is a plus.




Working Hours



  • Remote, flexible schedule with at least 4 hours overlap with US Eastern Time (ET) for standups, briefs, and reviews.

  • Output-driven culture: you’ll work to weekly/monthly content delivery targets (e.g., X–Y videos per week plus variations).




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Platform literacy: Knows what works natively on TikTok vs. Reels vs. Shorts.

  • Storytelling & structuring: Mastery of the hook–pain point–solution–CTA narrative.

  • Analytics awareness: Ability to interpret simple dashboards and pivot content accordingly.

  • Project management: Comfortable using tools like Notion, Asana, Trello, or Slack to manage deadlines and feedback.

  • Adaptability: Can quickly pivot concepts and reshoot when trends evolve or performance dips.

  • Brand voice alignment: Can switch tones—from playful to professional—based on brief and audience.
