Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient information following HIPAA and company standards.

  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on healthcare protocols, products, and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance sectors.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems and quickly learn new technologies.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience



  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally within healthcare, insurance, or related fields.

  • Experience working remotely or in virtual teams is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating workloads, especially during seasonal peaks.




Working Hours



  • Seasonal contract position with flexible shifts to cover peak demand periods.

  • Shifts may include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays depending on business needs.

  • Typical shift duration ranges from 6 to 8 hours with opportunities for overtime.
