Job Description

Responsibilities :- Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic faults in manufacturing machinery.- Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on all equipment.- Troubleshoot and resolve machinery breakdowns quickly and efficiently.- Ensure all machines are kept clean and in optimal working condition.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.- Assist the Senior Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing maintenance strategies.- Report daily maintenance activities and issues to the Senior Maintenance Manager.- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.- Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.- Identify and recommend improvements to machinery performance and maintenance procedures.Qualifications & Experience:- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) with Electrical and Electronics specialization.- Minimum 3-4 years of experience working in a maintenance role within a manufacturing company.- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic issues in machinery.- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic principles.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Good communication and reporting skills.- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to machinery maintenance.
