In this role, you’ll help users resolve technical issues, ensure smooth product experiences, and provide timely solutions across platforms. Key Responsibilities



  • Provide first- and second-line technical support via email, chat, or ticketing systems

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or network issues

  • Document issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in the knowledge base

  • Collaborate with engineering or product teams to escalate complex problems

  • Guide customers through installations, configurations, and product usage

  • Monitor system performance and provide feedback to improve reliability

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high customer satisfaction




Requirements



  • 1–3 years of technical support or helpdesk experience

  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux)

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, web applications, or SaaS products

  • Experience using support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and across time zones

  • Bonus: Basic scripting or command-line knowledge is a plus
