Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, changes, and cancellations while ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable using computers, software, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
  • Experience with customer service tools and platforms (such as Zendesk or Salesforce) is an advantage.

Working Hours
