Key Responsibilities:

  • Process returns, exchanges, and complaints efficiently and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with using customer management systems, email, and chat applications.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in remote work environments is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in retail, sales, or call centers is an advantage.
