Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze drug information, including clinical data, pharmacology, and medication safety alerts.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity of drug monographs, prescribing information, and patient education materials.
- Identify and report discrepancies or outdated information in pharmaceutical documentation.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, medical professionals, and regulatory teams to verify drug data.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current pharmaceutical guidelines, regulatory changes, and medical literature.
- Support the development and updating of drug databases and information systems.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to drug safety and efficacy.
- Respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals regarding drug information with precision and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or related healthcare field (Master’s or PharmD preferred).
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and clinical research.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in medical terminology and pharmaceutical documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with drug databases and electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a drug information role, pharmacy, or clinical research setting.
- Experience in reviewing pharmaceutical content or regulatory documentation is highly desirable.
- Prior remote work experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible remote working hours.
- Standard working hours typically from 9 AM to 5 PM (can be adjusted based on time zone and workload).
- Occasional extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines or urgent requests.
