Chewy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Remote Pet Parent Support Specialists to join our Customer Care team. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, empathetic customer service via phone, email, and chat to pet parents seeking support with orders, product inquiries, and general information.
- Understand and resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Offer expert advice and product recommendations tailored to the unique needs of each pet and pet parent.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including fulfillment and logistics, to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Stay informed about Chewy’s product offerings, promotions, policies, and pet care trends to provide accurate guidance.
- Advocate for customers and contribute feedback to help improve service delivery and product assortment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong passion for pets and a genuine desire to help pet parents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Proficient with computers and comfortable using multiple software systems simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to provide solutions.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and customer records.

Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred, especially in retail, e-commerce, or pet-related industries.

Working Hours
- This is a full-time, remote position requiring availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support Chewy’s customers across various time zones.
