Job Summary


Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking experienced and motivated Construction Site Supervisors to join various ongoing infrastructure and building projects across Singapore. This role is exclusively open to Indian nationals with a strong background in construction site supervision, particularly in managing teams, ensuring site safety, and delivering quality work on schedule. Candidates should be ready to relocate and be familiar with international site standards.




Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure compliance with project timelines and safety regulations.

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople.

  • Conduct daily site inspections and provide technical direction when needed.

  • Ensure that materials and equipment are available on-site as per schedule.

  • Monitor work progress and keep detailed records for reporting to project managers.

  • Implement health and safety protocols, conducting safety briefings and risk assessments.

  • Communicate clearly with the engineering team, clients, and suppliers regarding progress and issues.

  • Resolve site-based issues promptly to avoid delays or compliance breaches.

  • Ensure quality control standards are met at every phase of construction.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, site safety regulations, and building codes.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.

  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

  • Basic proficiency in English (speaking and reading); knowledge of Tamil or Hindi preferred.

  • Ability to use basic project management tools and construction documentation software.




Experience



  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.

  • Previous experience working on high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

  • International work experience, especially in Southeast Asia, will be an added advantage.




Working Hours



  • Full-time position

  • Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (local time)

  • Overtime and shift work may be required based on project deadlines and site demands.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Practical knowledge of safety and construction protocols used internationally.

  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and lead multiple teams effectively.

  • Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office tools and site documentation procedures.
