Responsibilities:• Assist Senior Therapists: Support senior therapists in conducting therapy sessions with clients, ensuring effective and compassionate care.• Implement Therapy Plans: Follow and implement therapy plans and interventions as directed by senior therapists, ensuring client goals are met.• Client Support: Help clients achieve their therapeutic targets and provide encouragement throughout the therapy process.• Document Progress: Observe and document client progress and behavior during therapy sessions to track improvements and adjust plans as needed.• Collaborate on Treatment Plans: Work with the therapy team to develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client needs and progress.• Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions, adhering to all safety protocols.• Ethical Guidelines: Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain strict client confidentiality at all times.• Continuous Learning: Attend training and educational sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in therapy practices.• Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate client records.

Requirements:• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.• Passion for Therapy: Strong passion for helping others and a genuine interest in the field of therapy.• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting senior therapists and engaging with clients.• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage documentation, scheduling, and other administrative tasks efficiently.• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to various client needs and therapy techniques as directed by senior therapists.• Ethical Standards: Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
